We collect this information to respond to volunteer inquiries, coordinate campaign activities such as lawn signs and canvassing, send campaign updates and newsletters to those who have opted in, and maintain required records related to campaign contributions where applicable.

Your information is used only for the purposes listed above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information may be shared with campaign volunteers or staff on a need-to-know basis to fulfill your request.

Campaign financial records
Under the Municipal Elections Act (Ontario), contributions to a municipal candidate must be recorded and disclosed. If you make a financial contribution to this campaign, your name, address, and contribution amount may be included in the Campaign's public financial statement filed with the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville following the election. Contributions over $100 are subject to this disclosure requirement.
